Measure “A” was established by a resolution of the Calistoga Board of Trustees. The resolution contained the maximum amount of bonds to be issued, the full ballot language, the list of projects and an estimate of the tax rate required over time. Each of these documents is presented below.
Measure “A” was the product of an extensive community process which led to the establishment of the Calistoga Joint Unified School District Master Facilities Plan 2010. The Master Plan served as the planning document for the establishment of Measure “A”.
